“Great experience !!”

I think it is fair to write my personal buying experience from simply electronics.Despite all these not so positives reviews ,I made a rather expensive purchase of a digital camera,having of course paid with paypal.
The overall experience was excellent.I received my order with DHL (tracking information updated continuously) ,well packaged ,after 10 days including the customs clearance ,with everything including vat and taxes having paid from the sender.
With all these international transactions you have to be patient and yes orders come from Hong Kong and not from Uk as they stated at first,but with everything arranged.
The customer’s service non automatic replies come within a day at most and in my opinion they try hard to satisfy customers wishes.
I received my camera without any manual inside but easily downloaded a pdf file in my own language.Camera comes with one year warranty but from the store itself and not from the official manufacturer.If something goes wrong you have to return it to simply electronics.From my experience with well-handled photo gear all these years,very rarely something has issues before the warranty expiration ,unless you are very ’’lucky,,.
If you can live with these and save 25% of your budget or more go for it,I will return…
