“Disaster from day”

Having been recommended by an agent which gave a great price plan for my business for a three year deal, I thought that the money I was going to save could be reinvested back into my business which is small convenience store. How wrong was I. The moment the change over happened mid November 2013 till early January 2014 I did not receive any bills so I did not know what amount was been charged and had to request them once I had gotten all information from my bank regarding the how much they have taken which turned out to be double the amount it should have been nearly £800 a month for a small corner shop. I told them this was incorrect and they were using estimate readings while I already had a smart meter. I was told that they would have to book an engineer to come and look at my smart meter. Finally the engineer came and checked the meter and replace a SIM card and said that you won't experience anymore problems. After two weeks received another bill with estimated reading again double and rang them up and had to explain the whole situation again and was told that they would have to still take payment and could not hold of doing so. This left me trouble as I had to borrow and also stopped the refurbishment of my shop due to this major problem. Yet another month past and by mid April my account was frozen due this problem which led me to be in credit of over £2000 of money which they not willing to gave back at all. I had to let them keep that amount and wait for the coming months to let them minus my bill for next few months. Know coming to the end of one year and law and behold put there prices for the remainder of my contract. I am totally devastated during this past year and now I am trying to get out of this contract. It's not been a good year for me and my family as we have been under a lot of personnel pressure. Please take heart in the words I have used and stay away from this so called company.
