“Rude costumer service ”

The prices are good, the stuff has normal quality, often the size is not like expected/ described on the web page, but IF you really have an issue with your order then you're lost.
The costumer service communicate in rude way and do not really care about you.
So, the prices are nice and I ordered often, as long there was no problem, but now I will check alternatives because service is also a point.
