“Stylish furniture, brilliant team”

We got a king size Sunday bed delivered last month. The store in Camden Town is beautiful, and the guy there who helped us was really nice and patient. When the bed was delivered they had to wait for 10 minutes as I was late because of the traffic, still, they were there smiling. Also, they made me aware of a little spot on the frame of the bed (i am sure I wouldn't have seen it by myself) and told me that customer services would call me to replace the piece.
As stay at home for deliveries is not simple, I asked them for an economical compensation, and they were fine with it. The spot was really really small, but still they offer me £30. As I just moved to a new flat, and I need a lot of furniture, I asked them for, instead of the cash, £50 in store credit, and they accepted it. Some days ago I had two side tables delivered :):)
