“No reply and response even after collecting payment”

I found this http through googling. I tried to sent email at first to ask if they have the parts which I have. The response is that I must do the checking for the parts identification number by myself. It's ok, i can go to the nearby garage and have it checked for me.

After i got the number, i tried to cross check whether the parts provided by http://www.eurocarparts.com/ is going to fit with my car. Luckily it fits.

So on October 3, 2014 i made the order, fill up all my credentials and my card. It's approved but by also saying the order is not complete yet, their staff will need to weigh the items I ordered in order to determine the shipping fee. Since it was by weekend, I waited until Monday (6 October 2014). No follow up email whatsoever from them. I decided to email them by asking what's wrong. Still no reply even until another 3 days. I emailed again and still no reply.

I curiously checked with my bank. And turns out to be there's already a transaction being charged under the company name EURO CAR PARTS LTD ONLINE GB on 3 October 2014. So which means they already charged me directly regardless saying the transaction is not complete and no charging by then.

I emailed them again after getting the information from the bank. I'm posting this review right now as of an act to show I'd like to get their attention. I'll not remove or edit the review until there's already a positive sign from them.
