“I only clicked on one star, as there was not an option...”

I only clicked on one star, as there was not an option for "no" stars. Recently, I went on classmates.com to find my sister's friends to sadly inform them of my sister's passing away. In my effort to complete the detailed form, I didn't realize the "automatic" is set up for continued payments, instead of a prompt allowing you to choose one or the other before proceeding. My account was debited the monthly fee, so I thought a simple explanation would allow them to reimburse me, as I just noticed it was debited the day before I contacted them. They refused to reimburse me, and said since I didn't toggle the set prompt from "automatic" to "manual," that they refused to help me. I think it is a very deceptive way to make people pay. That prompt button should be set in a way that you cannot go any further until you choose one or the other. Very disappointed and sad that even with my explanation, they are taking advantage of my money for a month that will never be used. Shame on you!
