“Shambles”

What can I say about this company?

- Bought a deal on Groupon
- Called up immediately to book my trip
- Could not get my designated airport (which is fine, stuff like this happens)
- Then followed by the issue that all the plane seats for my voucher are booked up so I will have to upgrade my seats for an extra £20 each
- Proceeded to ask the guy (who I can barely understand plus really loud background noises in office, seems like staff were not working) what seat will I be upgraded to since there are only Economy and Business
- He ignored my question on 3 occasion and said he will speak to his "supplier"
- Comes back 5-10 minutes later and says he can cut it down to £10 and "he" will pay the rest himself
- I say no I'm not paying any extra cost and he says it's fine then and "conveniently" the seats are available now
- I told him it's not worth this much hassle conning me money and I will be canceling my ticket and cut the phone.

To sum up, just another company trying to squeeze every last drop of money they can. Very unprofessional and very unfriendly staff.
