Having submitted and quote from improved pricing and completed the sent account application form for my business, I have not heard a single word from National Plastics, even though their web site sends me reminders every 5 days that my quote is just about to expire. My first contact was the 14th of September which is nearly a month ago. I have chased up several times, but have no idea where the account application went or which branch should be dealing with this.
Come National Plastics, the Web site and product range is great, the service and customer response is terrible.
