“The Daffodil, Penrhiwllan, Ceredigion”

This place has recently changed owners(thankfully)and has much improved service. The food is very very good, albeit somewhat pricey in comparison to other 'top notch' restaurants in West Wales. It now has a more refined ambience. Only one slight criticism - the new owner does tend to effuse somewhat (probably new to the trade and therefore over enthusiastic). A word in his ear - sarcasm doesn't sit comfortably with all customers.
