The products on offer are interesting but buying them is an entirely different matter. I placed an order on the BrightMinds web site for an item shown to be "in stock". It took 9 days to process the order (unacceptably long IMHO) and the e-mail I received to confirm shipment was for a completely different item to that I had ordered. The incorrect item duly arrived and I have been unable to contact customer services to discuss the problem (all calls are routed directly to the BrightMinds telephone order line - who are unable to provide any help). To add insult to injury I have been charged the price of the original item - twice that of the item actually delivered.
Do not use this company unless you have a lot of patience ...
