Don't use these guys, they are in it purely for the money. Shockingly bad service received by me (landlord) putting my tenants life at risk and my property. Paid for a managed service, they did nothing but take my money. Serious property issues were not reported to me leaving the poor tenant in a terrible possibly life threatening situation. Upon informing them I no longer had trust in their service (hadn't for a while having still had to do most of the management myself) then told me I could cancel the agreement if I paid them for a full years service (that I would not be getting). Utterly staggering. I guess I'm in for a fight.
