“Bronze package saved our tenancy!”

We are newby landlords and let with a high street agency last time, which is good if you like to relinquish the choice of tenants to an agent.
We don't, we like to manage and be involved in the tenancy.
The bronze package gives you all the advantatges of having the property online and on the market but you do the viewings. They also handled the contracts and we were very happy.

The customer service at lettingaproperty.com is beyond excellent, I have NEVER encountered such a professional team of people. Friendly, always ready to help and knowing a great deal about their business but, very importantly, not forgetting we are all people.
We had a bit of a havoc happen since our initial tenants let us down after one had signed the contract but not the other, [name removed] and his team were on the ball from minute one and were fast and fabulous, securing a second set of tenants who signed within 4 days of viewing the property. They moved really fast and made everything as fuss free as possible, I was very very happy since by that moment I have stressed up to my eyeballs. [name removed] and his team made sure to handle everything from the beginning and it was super smoothly. Would highly recommend and use again without a doubt!
