“WILL NEVER USE AGAIN, BEWARE!”

Had a horrific ordeal with these clowns. I used a different debit card for a one off admin fee during the time I had my policy with them. They asked at the time whether they should keep the card details on file for future payments and I advised them definitely not to. I received a letter shortly after the payment confirming that they wouldn't be saving details of the debit card I used - as I asked.
6 months later, admiral decided to automatically renew my policy (without my consent) and charge a full years insurance to the debit card I had told them not to keep on file.
Not only is this a total breach of data protection, they are now dragging their feet in giving me a refund.
Absolutely disgusted by this company and will be sure to warn everyone I know not to use them!!!
