Right from the beginning of the exchange of my mattress I've had nothing but trouble they wouldn't return my call and every time I rang back I was told something completely different so I got the manger involved and they promised me the mattress would be delivered and collected the same day which the mattress was delivered but the old one wasn't collected and still waiting for it to be collected
