The guy I talk to when I booked was great and very nice. I could understand him that well because of his accent but that didn't slow us down! they had my Google email wrong but called during a Texan game in the middle of a touchdowm. With all the screaming in the back ground the lady I spoke with was very understanding. I already recriminded my mom she bought a ticket for my grandmother. THANK YOU!!! =)
