“Fundamentally dishonest, terrible communication”

This site promises that it has items in stock which it will deliver within 3-5 days, maximum 7 days. In fact I suspect that it holds no stock and just re-orders from trade suppliers. Don't buy from this site if you need something within the promised 5-7 days. My order took two weeks to arrive. Also, email requests to confirm expected delivery were ignored.
