I have visited Morrisons in Glasgow Bridgeton area. The seller at the desk was not very nice and did not want to give me my receipt. I had to ask her to give me my receipt. Once I had the receipt I seen why she did not want to give it to me. First 8 items on the bill were not my and she was trying to charge me for them.
At the customer service I had to wait for 15 minutes and they asked me to sign next to each item. On the top of the form it says that reason for return.
I was really upset and I complained regarding the service. How can I return something what I never bought.
