Each time I've contacted Web Host Hub customer service they've been wonderful to me. Everyone seems genuinely interested in helping you out. I canceled my account because I was having money issues and I wasn't using the blog as much as I wished. But if I ever wanted another domain, I would definitely come back to Web Host Hub because I know that the customer service is there to help me succeed in whatever I'd like. But once I expressed my concerns with money to the customer service rep, it was a quick process. I received an email within the hour letting me know my refund was processing.
