When I sent off my claim request form and proof or purchase I was a little worried as the phone was purchased from amazon and the receipt didn't have the imei on it. I called up after 6 days and a lovely helpful lady checked the status of my claim and said it had all gone through okay and I should expect an email later that day, she explained the next steps and was vey friendly. Once they had received the phone they repaired it and sent it back within 3 working days (much quicker than the quoted week) and the phone is now in great working order. I'm impressed with the repair and customer service especially as the insurance is very cheap, great values for money!
