SO MANY PROMESES,SO MANY LIES,THE PHONE I PURCHASED FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY NEARLY A MONTH AGO STILL NOT RETURNED AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY IM TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR A REFUND FOR A PHONE THAT HAS NEVER WORKED.
