2 SIM CARD SUPPLIED WITH PHONE DID NOT WORK,ANNOTHER SENT IN POST
3 TRIED TO CONNECT TO NETWORK ON 24TH SEPT NOT WORKING
4 CALLED THREE IN INDIA, PHONE WILL BE ONIN 24 HOURS (LIE)
5 CALLED BACK AGAIN PHONE WILL BE ON IN 24 HOURS (LIE)
6 CALLED BACK AGAIN ASKED TO GO TO THREE SHOP TO COLLECT YET ANOTHER SIM
7 COLLECTED SIM ON 27TH SEPT, "WILL BE ON IN 30 MINS (LIE)
8 CALLED THREE IN INDIA AGAIN GAVE IMEI NUMBER PHONE ON IN 48 HOURS (LIE)
9 CALLED COMPLAINTS DEPT PROMISED TO SEND NEW PHONE NEXT DAY (LIE)
10 CALLED TO CANCEL CONTRACT PROMISED RETURNS BAG NEXT DAY (LIE)
11 RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF CONTRACT I CANCELLED
12 CALLED AGAIN TODAY 3RD OCTOBER TO CANCIL AGAIN
13 TOLD THEY WERE SORRY AND HAD LEFT MESSAGES ON MY PHONE, THE PHONE THAT DOES NOT WORK
14 E MAILED TWICE THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT (NO REPLY)

SO MANY PROMESES,SO MANY LIES,THE PHONE I PURCHASED FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY NEARLY A MONTH AGO STILL NOT RETURNED AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY IM TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR A REFUND FOR A PHONE THAT HAS NEVER WORKED.
