“I truly can't believe what i have achieved in weight loss”

I was sceptical about paying a weight loss tracker programme as I had been using My Fitness Pal which is free. However the ease of use and extensive library of listed products just makes it so much easier. Actually the fact that you are payinf for it is a motivation to use it as well ! I have lost 7.8kgs (1st 3lbs) since June and it has been a fantastic tool that has kept me going. I feel so fit and healthy that I have adopted a healthire eating and lifestyle. Yes I recomend it and although it stills need some self discipline to loose weigh, Nutracheck is almost like a friend to me, coaxing me along.
