Good Points
Classic, great Balance, Great velocity, Powerful, Great handling, Collectors item. Great gun to hand down with pride to your son or daughter. Just a very fun gun to shoot.

Bad Points
Why didn't they put on a nice recoil pad with this great gun? If I had known how well this gun was made I would have gladly paid the extra for the upgraded version. I am going to get the 34. cal in 22. cal very soon in synthetic stock. It was rated very great by Tom Gaylord. Go see his review. DO NOT GET THE RWS 350 scope, it sucks period. This is a Chinese made piece of rubbish. Buy the rifle without a scope and then get a great peep scope, or a leapers scope which is really a great scope for any airgun.

General Comments
Hey! it's a Diana. This gun is just too good for the value. As soon as you pick it up you can tell it is a classic. It shoots smooth and is very accurate. I mean very accurate. This gun shoots well out of the box, in open sights. This gun has great balance. I can group shots the size of a dime at 25 yards in the sitting position. This rifle is very powerful in it's class. I have the 460 Magnum in 22. cal. which is an extremely powerful rifle. I have fired both weapons into a telephone book at 35 feet and they penetrate about the same, about 600 pages. It is smooth and very accurate. I mean very accurate. This gun shoots well out of the box, in open sights. This gun has great balance. I can group shots the size of a dime at 25 yards in the sitting position. This rifle does not like cheap gamo style pellets. Do not shoot raptors, or gamo rockets. They suck. Use Crosman Premiers from the box. or RWS domes or Hobbys, which this gun loves. Look, this is one of the truly classic rifles, buy one now. Beaman and Gamo have sold their souls to the mass marketers. Who knows, Diana, may do the same, but in the meantime, they have not. Oh, and I forgot to mention. this gun gets better with age. After it is about 6 months old or about 1000 to 2000 thousand pellets fired out of it with a gun lube of pelloil and chamber oil, this gun smooths out like a lamb with all the power of the original lion.
