“Customer Suppoer is horrible”

The service is good but the way the representative spoke to me today is horrible. She is not able to understand what i am talking about and she is yelling on me and all of a sudden dropped the call.
I was keep on speaking to my self and later i realized i myself speaking.
her name is PIA...try not to speak to her whoever calls customer care.
