I've ordered from asos for a few years now and I've loved the site. But my recent experience has surley sent my business elsewhere. After signing up and paying £9 - £10 for the asos premier service Im having to wait over a week to recieve my parcel. After writing a short email to the customer services to express my concern, they automatically cancel my order without any notification! (The only way I found out is when I tracked the status of my order on the ASOS website) When i called the customer services up, the advisor didnt really sound like he could be bothered at all! The only suggestion he had was to put another order in with them........ I always pay over £5 for next day delivery so why would I pay nearly £10 to wait over a week? :( I've also had a few problems in the past with deliveries but stuck with ASOS, but I think this experience has made me lose my trust in the company and customer service :(
