“Appalling Customer Service”

This site won't let me leave the review I want to leave, even though I haven't broken any guidelines, so I'll try this. This store promised me a discount, then declined the offer at point of sale.
They overcharged me, and asked me to return to store to correct their error, and got very angry with me when I refused.
They promised a delivery date which they failed to uphold, didn't contact me to tell me.
They didn't have the advertised item at the advertised price.
This store has THE worst customer service I have ever encountered, by quite some distance. Avoid.
