“The Crystals always fall after two years.”

I will never buy a swarovski product again, because they are very expensive and they are not that good quality for the amount of money we spend on it. I have a necklace and an earing that the crystals fell after two years, which is the maximum amount of time that the warranty is valid for. So, after two years, the crystal will fall no matter how careful you are, and you will lose your money.
