Despite the fact that it took over a week for the code to arrive, once it did, it worked immediately. The ambiguity of the questions on the application form led me to put in the wrong information regarding the service provider. As soon as I noticed this, I emailed the support address, who told me it was not possible to change any information on the application once it was submitted. As such it took over a week for the code to arrive (meaning a week without a functioning phone!) The support staff were helpful and efficient in their replies. Once the code arrived, it was easy to unlock the phone.
