The Daisy advisor who sold us the phone package left the company after our order was placed and we were left with a few hiccups: missing call bundle, incorrect cancellation of our existing broadband then an inadequate router and poor installation were all problems. However these have now all been successfully rectified with the assistance of our project co-ordinator he's sorted everything as promised and has constantly kept us updated he's a credit to the company.
