I was extremely impressed with the service I received. There are several websites online for Indian visas, some really confusing. After a friend recommended Visa Genie, I had no trouble understanding the requirements for an application. I made a couple of phone calls to query a couple of issues, and the answers I received were given quickly and clearly. It is refreshing that your telephone is answered by a person, and not by an automated voice when you have to press numbers on your telephone for options. Overall a tip-top service.
