“Mister-Auto mistreats customers”

Mister-Auto, what is happening?

On Aug 21 I ordered 2 brakepads and discs, you shipped on Aug 25th and on Aug 28th this parcel was reported by UPS as lost/stolen during transportation.

On Sep 9 you prepare a new order for the lost/stolen products, you shipped on Sep 15 and today, Sep 17, also this parcel was by UPS reported as lost/stolen during the UPS transportation.

I have put a message to your customer support, but I just wonder: Have you considered a more reliable and honest partner instead of UPS?

And 10 days later.... Instead of doing the obvious, and most reasonable: an immediate sending of a 3rd package, in a way that for sure will arrive safe and secure at my address you att Mister Auto choosed to neglect me entirely. This behavoiur is totally unacceptable, and will for sure render in consequenses.
