“Overall very good, however we arrived early morning...”

Overall very good, however we arrived early morning (dark) and seemed to drive around quite a bit before finding a space. On our return we had lost our ticket, that you are advised to take with you, but it was replaced without issue - excellent. as it was mid day on our return We noticed a lot of cars parked outside bays, parked along the side of entrance/exit roads while there were empty bays-why? The bus to the terminus was very prompt and the driver very pleasant and helpful.
