Staff are always willing to look at all the possibilities available on the dates suitable.
Even after booking when changes had to be made there wasn't a problem.
Some of the paperwork sent out wasn't as clear as it could have been, I had to call to confirm that certain things asked for were included in the package.
Holiday pricing is nearly always what seals the deal, with this company I've always had good service and the price has been competitive.
Promotional e-mails can be a bit too much, problem is how do you stop the ones that are of no interest and still allow those that may hit the spot?
