We liked almost everything starting from the HBC app on the phone to familiarise ourselves to the excellent handover and the reassurance that I can contact the team anytime in case of a problem. Unfortunately the habitation key broke down which spoiled almost 2 days and might be something to look at by the make of the motor home. However service from the staff has been excellent and the spare key was posted through special post straightway following my phone call. Overall great experience.
