Changed car and my current provider quoted twice the premium that Hastings quoted. In fact they quoted my new 2L car less than I had been paying for previous 1.2L ! I phoned Customer Service, mainly as I could not believe the on-line price I had been quoted and wanted to check it was correct and I hadn't made an error putting in the information. They reminded me that if I took the premium out over the phone it would cost more (as no on-line discount which I think was 12.50) and I was perfectly able to go back on-line and take out the insurance to save money, even though I had used the Customer Service. Amazing price and amazing service from Hastings. Beat the other quotes by a huge difference and the Customer Services team couldn't have been more helpful or polite. Well done Hastings, highly recommended.
