I am Expedia customer for a long time - more than 10 years, always was on Gold or Silver plus status. I would like to report that last two years service is absolutely mad. The last drop was today when I tried 13 hours!!! to change my flight reservation and every hour the same scenario take place: I am asked many stupid question, when dork finally understand what I want he/she tells me: sorry sir, we problem with our system, please call us in an hour. I have to finalize the story because I paid for my ticket already and I have to change or cancel it anyway. But Expedia cannot do it! I swear, when I finish it I close my account and never come back. If you are thinking what service to use, believe me, never enter with Exoedia!
