The best thing about this site is the live chat (that actually works - with real people who actually pick up your message in seconds!). I had some very particular requests and the staff couldn't do more to help me find a solution before I went ahead and booked. If you are visiting a foreign country and have doubts about policies eg. credit / debit card use etc, this company will talk you through every detail and you won't be left worrying about what will happen when you arrive at your destination.
