“waste of time! ”

This company is a total joke ordered a double leather bed and chose the named day delivery option which was meant to be for wednesday the 24th on this day i got a email saying there was a delay and that it would get here for the thursday then when thursday came another email saying it would be the friday.... during this time i have had to take time off work or get someone to sit in my house... rang the company and there useless no apology and girls giggling in the background, very unprofessional. i was told there was a delay with all deliveries after looking at the other terrible reviews on here this is happening to often! Asked for a refund yet to see if i get the money back!
