Total rip off. You cant use them on the other buses like HTL only on theirs. They stop running after 7, before that most of the time buses are LATE... my longer wait was 45min!(wasted from my life). Ignoring peple who working on late shifts.
Their customer service takes ages to get any respond, plus if you want to refund, you have to write cover letter to explain why you want it. PLUS GBP10 for admin fee, which is even bigger joke, because you paying person to type few letters in to system. JOKE company.
