We left our brand new 5 series BMW with Maple Manor last May when we flew out to Barbados, to be brought to us when we arrived back at Gatwick.
After sitting in Costa for an hour the driver came back with the car which had been involved in an accident during the short hop from parking to the front the airport.
The car had a big dent in the rear panel but was driveable , the company assured us that this would be covered on their insurance.
The Car was hit by push bike and £ 5.5K of damage caused.
Very little contact made and they would not return calls, eventually they offered to fix car but did not want to use BMW approved body shop. (2013 PLATE) this would have affected its warranty.
Car has now been repaired through are own insurance company and to date Maple manor will not admit liabilty and we are out of pocket by £900.00
Terrible company, never use them again, be warned travellers!!!!!!!!!!!!
