“RIP OFF MERCHANTS”

Me and my husband bought a 3 seater standard back
Strand sofa and twister chair I had nothing but trouble from the start. Firstly we asked if it was lowest price the could do and they replied yes, the following week it was advertised over £150 cheaper. Secondly when I went in to pay the balance the salesmen were smoking at the back door of the shop. When the sofa arrived I noticed lots of treads coming out of the seats and can to wait 3 week's for the upholster to come. I paid for what I thought was low maintenance and now six weeks old it looks about 2 years old so I rang thinking that the back cushions should be foam to be told its just seats, at this point I felt like id been mis sold because if anything the sofa is very high maintenance. The managers really dont care less so my next step is trading standards. The salesmen are more bothered about giving you a coffee and not explaining what your paying for. AVOID AVOID AVOID
