“No hassle, clear information and sympathetic staff”

We take out insurance never hoping to actually use it, but life has a way of unexpectedly handing you a curve ball. When you are not well, the last thing you need is long queues, and no answers......well I had the most fantastic service, when I was referred to a specialist for a prognosis.
I called Health-on-line and the process was explained clearly and with empathy.
Emails sent to and fro, and I can now see my consultant and have the necessary tests done without the additional worry.
Fantastic service - thank you.
