“fantastic, quick service”

I recently went into the glasgow store to be served by 2 extremely helpful and knowledgeable members of staff-customer service at its best! I took in 2 watches-one to get links taken out the strap (which i did thinkwas slightly too expensive for all that was involved) and the other to replace a jewel that had fallen out.i didn't think they would be able to repair the latter but as i was going in anyway i thought i would ask and i was very chuffed to find out they could and that it was a lot cheaper than i thought it would be. Finally it was only going to take him half an hour to repair which i was also happily surprised about! I would definitely return, as like i said, the customer service is second to none!
