“Customer service is terrible”

I was previously with ING who were absolutely brilliant and they got taken over by Barclays- Have been into branches to schedule an appt and it has been 3 weeks and counting and nobody has got back to me. They have only got back to me to quote me for home and car insurance which i have not asked for. Called numerous times and have been passed over only to be told they have technical issues! I will be moving mortgage as soon as i can.
