“Don't buy from Boots”

I bought a pair of designer spectacles from Boots Opticians in Newark and after only six weeks I had to take them back because one side of the bridge had come loose. The practice manager then went on to lecture me on the way to take my spectacles off and implied that it was my fault they were loose! When I replied that I had only had them six weeks she said they could fall apart after 5 minutes!! The customer service skills were non existent and in my opinion I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Boots and will not be purchasing anything further from the company myself.
