“Been ripped off”

Been ripped off with this company, still waiting for refund with a policy they should of cancelled when i got my new vehicle but still carried on taking payments for a car i didnt own which i proved with an invoice when i sold the car back to ford.Been going on for 9 months now and had no option so i rang the Ombudsman, everyone ring if you have any probs and report them.
THIS FEELS LIKE THE BEWISER IS IN DIFFICULTY, NOT RESPONDING TO PHONES CALL OR EMAILS
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
