“Great holiday”

Kuoni provided excellent service at the UK end and the holiday recommendation was perfect for me. I still say that the Body Holiday was worth every single penny and it did what was on the tin. I intend to go again and book with my Kuoni agent here.

The Kuoni at the St Lucia end was not quite as good especially when I thought that I had lost my passport - I may have been on my own. She basically told me to find the embassy and go there. Thank fully I was mistaken and it was in my safe. The hotel staff were more helpful than Kuoni in this instance - not good for Kuoni. This is what brought the rating down.

Everything thing else was perfect and I had all the info that the needed.
