I had been searching online to get tickets London-Amman, I rang the adviser told him my travel plans and in an instant he had me a reasonable fare,telling me it could hold with a small deposit. Great! I must admit I was a little unsure at first, so I rang Royal Jordanian Airlines whom I was flying with, and asked them of there experience with Travel House, at first they where unsure what umbrella of companies they where under ( ie;
sister companies etc) After a return phone call from Royal Jordanian, I was assured that this company is a huge concern, and I was in very safe hands, I also compared prices on the RJ Website at first they where a little cheaper, but by the time I was able to pay my full fare the difference was more expensive than travel house into the the hundreds. They secured my fare without increase, held with a deposit, and when it came to paying my balance he dealt with the whole thing, there was nothing he wouldn't do to assist me, very professional, and attentive, also good knowledge of the industry which is always reassuring,
To be honest if it hadn't been for the deposit and hold policy they have, and able to pay later, I don't think I would of been able to go as I was waiting for my salary and closer to my travel dates the fares where massively more expensive.
We are visiting family in Amman whom we haven't seen for a number of years and my children have never met, so you could say we are being reunited with are distant relatives, we where never able to go before, but thanks to him and his offers of help, deposit and moving the dates and deadline for me , my husband and 4 small children are able to visit our family in Amman. A MASSIVE THANK YOU. Who was always avaliable,and well mannerd. Will be back!
