“octaCON insurance”

Got a quote thought it was cheap, went through the online signup process, then it said card declined.. However this was not so, checked my bank and indeed the money had been taken I then got in touch with octagon and they said I hadn't paid for anything just only had quotes, the bank and my account disagrees, then when trying to contact then again they ignored me even hanging up on me.

So, so far I'm £243.00 out of pocket, no insurance, and idiots on the phone telling me I didn't pay for anything.. I'm guessing there will be a couple of reviews now telling us that they had no problems with them and will give them 5 stars as is the case when a bad review is written... Busted octagon!... I don't like the "c" word but you really are a set of them...
