“Unique customer service”

Finding a product that you like and a product that produces the goods is rare indeed. We struck gold having decided at first to enquire about water softeners, we had a visit from a lovely lady armed with all the facts, figures and the kit to show my wife and I our water was truly hard.
We signed up and about a week later our plumber arrived and after about two hours our Minimax M2 was fitted. No fuss no mess. Now in Yorkshire we value our cups of tea so much better now with soft water, no residue left behind. Clothes washing, dish washing bathing, hair washing achieved with less effort and less soap. There is nothing we dislike about our water softener and would thoroughly recommend having one fitted to any one who is thinking about it.

Before signing up we were told the full cost including fitting this did not alter by as much as a single penny
