Anytime I have had a a delivery expected to be delivered by citylink I can absolute guarantee that it will not be delivered on the day that it's supposed too.
Customer services don't give a toot that I lost 6 days wages since I have to take a days pay cut to stay home and have a item delivered. 3 times they have failed to deliver on the day that they said they would.
100% delivery failure rate.....
And to top it off when you explain this to customer services..... you get hung up on.....on a high pay rate phone number!!!!!
